Have had this recipe for a long time. Never have tried it though. Just don't have the counter space to cut the elephant up. hehehe

prep time
cook time
method ---
yield 3 ,800

Ingredients

  • 1 medium elephant
  • 100 pounds potatoes
  • 2 - rabbits (optional)
  • 1 gallon salt
  • 3000 gallons water
  • 1/2 gallon pepper

How To Make elephant stew

  • Step 1
Cut elephant into bit size pieces. (This should take about two months.) Place into a large pressure cooker and add enough water to cover. Add seasonings and cook at 400º for four weeks.
  • Step 2
Add potatoes after 3 1/2 weeks. This will serve 3,800 people. If more are expected, the two rabbits may be added. Do this only if necessary as most people don't like hare in their stew. hahahahaha
