easy mexican chorizo
Numerous times I have substituted other sausage for Chorizo when I didn't have it or could not find it at the market. I was told that it is not hard to make it so I read a bunch of recipes and put together this recipe. This recipe uses easy to find ingredients that I had on hand. It is very easy to make. And best of all it turned out to be delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless pork
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 to 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed and minced
- 4 teaspoons white vinegar, (i used coconut vinegar)
- 2 teaspoons oregano
How To Make easy mexican chorizo

Step 1Add the pork to a food processor or grinder and give it a coarse grind.

Step 2Add all the rest of the ingredients and process to mix well. Put sausage blend into a refrigerator container and allow it to refrigerate overnight, at least 6 hours.

Step 3Fry the sausage for about 30 minutes. Any of the sausage that is not going to be used right away should be frozen in small portions until you need it.
