Easy Mexican Chorizo

This recipe uses easy to find ingredients that I had on hand. It is very easy to make. And best of all it turned out to be delicious.
2 lbboneless pork
2 to 4 Tbspchili powder
3 clovegarlic, smashed and minced
4 tspwhite vinegar, (i used coconut vinegar)
How to Make Easy Mexican Chorizo
- Add the pork to a food processor or grinder and give it a coarse grind.
- Add all the rest of the ingredients and process to mix well. Put sausage blend into a refrigerator container and allow it to refrigerate overnight, at least 6 hours.
- Fry the sausage for about 30 minutes. Any of the sausage that is not going to be used right away should be frozen in small portions until you need it.
