This is always requested by my friends and family. So easy and super yummy! I actually don't make it into a ball shape anymore, but I still call it that.

  • 2 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 pkg
    budding corned beef
  • 2 stick
    green onion
  • ·
    mayonnaise (to taste)
  • ·
    lemon juice (to taste)
  • ·
    worcestershire sauce (to taste)
  • ·
    horseradish (to taste)

How to Make Corned Beef Cream Cheese Ball


  1. Allow the cream cheese to soften to room temperature
  2. Chop corned beef and green onions small using a electric chopper
  3. Add corned beef, green onions and a heaping spoonful of mayonnaise to cream cheese and mix together
  4. Mix in lemon juice, worcestershire and horseradish to taste making it tangy
  5. Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour until ready to serve with your favorite crackers
