Corned Beef Cream Cheese Ball

This is always requested by my friends and family. So easy and super yummy! I actually don't make it into a ball shape anymore, but I still call it that.

2 8 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
4 pkg
budding corned beef
2 stick
green onion
mayonnaise (to taste)
lemon juice (to taste)
worcestershire sauce (to taste)
horseradish (to taste)


1Allow the cream cheese to soften to room temperature
2Chop corned beef and green onions small using a electric chopper
3Add corned beef, green onions and a heaping spoonful of mayonnaise to cream cheese and mix together
4Mix in lemon juice, worcestershire and horseradish to taste making it tangy
5Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour until ready to serve with your favorite crackers
