How to Make Bacon Wrapped Dates
- Evenly slice each bacon slice vertically into thirds. You should end up with 36 bacon pieces about 2 1/2 inches long.
- Cover a cooking sheet with foil. Place a baking rack on top of the foil covered cookie sheet.
- Place all bacon-wrapped dates onto baking rack; I usually end up with four rows when dates are evenly spaced on the baking rack.
- Place in 425 degree F oven; bake, turning once, for 40 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
