Ingredients
- 1 large apple
- 2 teaspoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- - ground cinnamon to taste
- 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
- - peanut butter to coat
How To Make peanut butter apple

Step 1With a sharp paring knife, cut the top of the apple off horizontally. Core the apple, making sure to get all the seeds. Hollow out the apple, dicing the removed apple.

Step 2In a small bowl, mix the diced apple, sunflower seeds and raisins. Dust with cinnamon, to taste. Add the orange juice concentrate, mix well, and set the mixture aside.

Step 3Smear peanut butter inside the apple to coat the walls. Fill the apple with the mixture. Serve immediately, refrigerate leftovers.
