Ingredients
- 2 cups diced, cooked left-over turkey
- 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 - pear, cored and cubed
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning
- 4 - 10" whole wheat, or low-carb tortillas
- - lettcue leaves
How To Make healthy left-over turkey roll-ups

Step 1In lg bowl, stir together turkey, cottage cheese, cranberries, celery, pear cubes, walnuts and garlic pepper.

Step 2Place a few lettuce leaves in the center of each tortilla. Top w/ 3/4 cup turkey mix. Fold bottom of tortilla part-way over turkey mix. Fold in sides and roll up.
