diced, cooked left-over turkey
3/4 c
low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c
dried cranberries
1/4 c
celery, chopped
1
pear, cored and cubed
2 Tbsp
chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp
garlic pepper seasoning

10" whole wheat, or low-carb tortillas
lettcue leaves

How to Make Healthy left-over turkey roll-ups

Step-by-Step

  • 1In lg bowl, stir together turkey, cottage cheese, cranberries, celery, pear cubes, walnuts and garlic pepper.
  • 2Place a few lettuce leaves in the center of each tortilla. Top w/ 3/4 cup turkey mix. Fold bottom of tortilla part-way over turkey mix. Fold in sides and roll up.
