Ingredients

  • 2 c
    diced, cooked left-over turkey
  • 3/4 c
    low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1/4 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1
    pear, cored and cubed
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic pepper seasoning
  • 4
    10" whole wheat, or low-carb tortillas
  • ·
    lettcue leaves

How to Make Healthy left-over turkey roll-ups

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg bowl, stir together turkey, cottage cheese, cranberries, celery, pear cubes, walnuts and garlic pepper.
  2. Place a few lettuce leaves in the center of each tortilla. Top w/ 3/4 cup turkey mix. Fold bottom of tortilla part-way over turkey mix. Fold in sides and roll up.
