2firm, ripe avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled
2 Tbspminced onion
2 Tbspchopped cilantro, leaves and stems
1 clovegarlic, minced
·juice from 1 lime
1 pinchcayenne pepper
·kosher salt to taste
·tortilla chips for dipping
How to Make Guacamole My Way
- Coarsely mash the avocados with a fork in a medium bowl.
- Lightly mix in the onion, cilantro, garlic, cumin, lime juice, and cayenne pepper.
- Season the guacamole liberally with salt, to taste. Mix again and serve with tortilla chips for dipping or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
