- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 teaspoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 large lime, juice of
How To Make grilled avocado

Step 1Prepare a grill for medium-heat cooking.

Step 2Cut each avocado in half. Carefully pull the halves apart and remove pit.

Step 3Brush cut side of each half with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 4Drizzle each half with lime juice.

Step 5Place each half, cut side down, on grill, close lid, and cook 90 seconds.

Step 6Open lid and rotate each half 90 degrees, close lid and cook another 90 seconds.

Step 7Remove from grill and serve. Top with pico de gallo, if desired.
