Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cranberries
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 cup dried apricot halves, chopped
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped, peeled fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons cranberry juice
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How To Make cranberry-ginger chutney

Step 1In a medium saucepan, combine all the above ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved...Cook, uncovered, for 3 to 4 minutes more or till cranberries pop, stirring occasionally.

Step 2Transfer to a bowl; let stand about 1 hour or until completely cool. Cover and chill for up to 1 week....
