How to Make Mouth Watering Baked Pizza Poppers

  2. Gather your ingredients.
  3. Place a rack in the middle position, and preheat the oven to 375f (190c).
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  5. Cut the dough into 2.5-inch (6cm) circles.
  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon of pizza sauce to the center of each dough circle.
  7. Add 1/2 teaspoon of chopped pepperoni.
  8. Chef’s Note: You could use Italian sausage, ham, or whatever you wish.
  9. Add a cube of cheese.
  10. Fold up the edges, and pinch to seal at the top (like a beggar’s purse).
  11. Chef’s Tip: Dip your finger in some water, and run it around the edges of the dough circle. This will help you seal it up.
  12. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  13. Place in the preheated oven until nice and brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  15. Serve on a large platter with some warm pizza sauce, for dipping. Enjoy.
  16. Chef’s Note: Sprinkle with some Parmesan and/or Italian herbs (optional).
  17. Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
