Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 - egg
- 4 ounces can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Stir bisquick, sour cream, egg and chilies until blended, stir in cheese. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 4 dozen.
