Ingredients For mexican cheese snacks

  • 1 1/2 c
    bisquick
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1
    egg
  • 4 oz
    can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make mexican cheese snacks

  • 1
    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Stir bisquick, sour cream, egg and chilies until blended, stir in cheese. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 4 dozen.
