Ingredients

  • 2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped green chilies
  • 2
    green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped pimento

How to Make MEXICAN CHEESE SPREAD

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine cheese, sour cream and butter; Beat at medium-high speed of electric mixer until smooth. Stir in chilies, pimento and green onion. Serve with fruit or crackers. Makes about 2 cups.
