Gorgonzola crescent squares

18 oz can refrigerated crescent rolls

1/4 clow-sugar apricot preserve

2 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 ccrumbled gorgonzola cheese

1/2 cchopped pecans

1/4 tsppepper
How to Make Gorgonzola crescent squares
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Unroll dough into 1 lg rectangle, place on baking sheet. Press dough into a 13" x 9" rectangle. Press perforations to seal.
- In microwaveable bowl, microwave preserves and butter until melted. Stir until smooth. Spread preserves mix evenly over dough.
- Top evenly w/ cheese and pecans. Sprinkle w/ pepper. Bake about 15 min, or until crust is golden brown. Cut into 12 squares.
