W/ the apricot preserves, these squares pack a wallop of a taste!

Ingredients

1
8 oz can refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 c
low-sugar apricot preserve
2 Tbsp
butter
1/2 c
crumbled gorgonzola cheese
1/2 c
chopped pecans
1/4 tsp
pepper

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Unroll dough into 1 lg rectangle, place on baking sheet. Press dough into a 13" x 9" rectangle. Press perforations to seal.
2In microwaveable bowl, microwave preserves and butter until melted. Stir until smooth. Spread preserves mix evenly over dough.
3Top evenly w/ cheese and pecans. Sprinkle w/ pepper. Bake about 15 min, or until crust is golden brown. Cut into 12 squares.
