Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/4 cup low-sugar apricot preserve
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make gorgonzola crescent squares

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Unroll dough into 1 lg rectangle, place on baking sheet. Press dough into a 13" x 9" rectangle. Press perforations to seal.

Step 2In microwaveable bowl, microwave preserves and butter until melted. Stir until smooth. Spread preserves mix evenly over dough.

Step 3Top evenly w/ cheese and pecans. Sprinkle w/ pepper. Bake about 15 min, or until crust is golden brown. Cut into 12 squares.
