collard greens, shredded
1 c
napa cabbage, shredded
green onion stalks, chopped
garlic cloves, grated
1 Tbsp
ginger, grated
1 tsp
red pepper flakes3/4
3/4-1 lb
lb curly's sauceless pulled pork
1/3 c
hormel fully cooked bacon,crumbled
2 oz
rice noodles, softened with warm water
2 Tbsp
soy sauce, light
1 tsp
sesame oil
spring roll wrappers
egg wash
oil for deep frying


1/2 c
outta the park spicy bbq sauce
1/4 c
sweet chili sauce
3-4 Tbsp
soy sauce, light
1/4 tsp
dry mustard
toasted sesame seeds

How to Make Sista Girl Spring Rolls with LoganFabulous Sauce


  • 1Combine collard greens, cabbage, green onion, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes,pulled pork, bacon, rice noodles, soy sauce and sesame oil in a large mixing bowl. Combine well.
  • 2Build you spring roll: Lay the egg roll wrapper out like a diamond on dry surface. Place a handful of the filling in the middle of the egg roll, fold and roll. Add a little egg wash at the top and seal.
  • 3Deep fry them on medium-high. Remove them once they're golden brown all over and are floating to the top. Fry in batches. Serve with dipping sauce.
