Ingredients
- 3 cups collard greens, shredded
- 1 cup napa cabbage, shredded
- 4 - green onion stalks, chopped
- 2-3 - garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 pound lb pulled pork
- 1/3 cup hormel fully cooked bacon,crumbled
- 2 ounces rice noodles, softened with warm water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, light
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 24 - spring roll wrappers
- - egg wash
- - oil for deep frying
- LOGANFABULOUS SAUCE-COMBINE
- 1/2 cup spicy bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce, light
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
How To Make sista girl spring rolls with loganfabulous sauce

Step 1Combine collard greens, cabbage, green onion, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes,pulled pork, bacon, rice noodles, soy sauce and sesame oil in a large mixing bowl. Combine well.

Step 2Build you spring roll: Lay the egg roll wrapper out like a diamond on dry surface. Place a handful of the filling in the middle of the egg roll, fold and roll. Add a little egg wash at the top and seal.

Step 3Deep fry them on medium-high. Remove them once they're golden brown all over and are floating to the top. Fry in batches. Serve with dipping sauce.
