This is the 1st thing I made with my new food processor. It turned out Great! Foods taste fresher. A real money saver.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chick peas
  • 2 - red bell peppers
  • dashes - cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder with parsley
  • 1 - piquante pepper
  • 1/2 cup sesame tahini,
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • dashes - sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika, sweet mild
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

How To Make roasted red pepper hummus

  • Step 1
    Dice 1 red bell pepper and 1 Piquante pepper.
  • Step 2
    Place chick peas, 1 can roasted bell peppers, diced fresh bell pepper, red wine vinegar, garlic with parsley, 1 piquante pepper, Sesame Tahini and Canola oil into food processor. Pulse until desired consistency then add salt, sugar & cayenne pepper to taste.
