Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    chick peas
  • 2
    red bell peppers
  • dashes
    cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder with parsley
  • 1
    piquante pepper
  • 1/2 c
    sesame tahini,
  • 1/4 c
    canola oil
  • dashes
    sea salt
  • 2 tsp
    paprika, sweet mild
  • 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    water

How to Make Roasted Red pepper Hummus

Step-by-Step

  1. Dice 1 red bell pepper and 1 Piquante pepper.
  2. Place chick peas, 1 can roasted bell peppers, diced fresh bell pepper, red wine vinegar, garlic with parsley, 1 piquante pepper, Sesame Tahini and Canola oil into food processor. Pulse until desired consistency then add salt, sugar & cayenne pepper to taste.
