radish, cucumber and bacon spread
I tasted this at a craft show a while back and forgot about the recipe..This was part of a demonstration using their packaged dip mixes...but decided I could do the same thing without the powdered mixes and could add a few flavors of my own..this turned out so good...

Step 1To get the most of the liquid from the cucumber and the radish you can squeeze it in a ricer or place the veggies in a gauze cheese cloth and twist out the juices.
-
Step 2Combine the butter spread, cream cheese and yogurt in a large bow and beat until smooth and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
-
Step 3Spoon into a serving bowl. Garnish with extra green onion and radish slices if desired. Serve with your favorite crackers, baguettes slices or rye party slices..
