Radish, Cucumber and Bacon Spread

Pat Duran

I tasted this at a craft show a while back and forgot about the recipe..This was part of a demonstration using their packaged dip mixes...but decided I could do the same thing without the powdered mixes and could add a few flavors of my own..this turned out so good...

How to Make Radish, Cucumber and Bacon Spread

  1. To get the most of the liquid from the cucumber and the radish you can squeeze it in a ricer or place the veggies in a gauze cheese cloth and twist out the juices.
  2. Combine the butter spread, cream cheese and yogurt in a large bow and beat until smooth and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
  3. Spoon into a serving bowl. Garnish with extra green onion and radish slices if desired. Serve with your favorite crackers, baguettes slices or rye party slices..
