Last night I went into the kitchen and started to cook up a simple, quick and easy meal. I chopped up 5 medium russet potatoes, chopped up 1 large onion, and 1 garden fresh tomatoe. I got the large skillet out and placed butter, extra virgin olive oil and the potatoes and tomato. My first inclination was to just cook these up and have a fried dinner.... Well, as You know me by now, a " Simple " meal and I don't exist! Lol !!! What I ended up with will be in my recipes as a very versatile " SoupSauce "... What is a " SoupSauce " You ask ??? PS...... I put the " left overs " in the fridge and this morning I took it out and had a bowl of it " COLD "... It is great cold too... You can use this as a sauce, just add cooked hamburger or use with pasta... ENJOY !!!
