- 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon milk (2%)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons splendar
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 4 slices black forest ham
- 6 slices genoa salami
- 4 slices havarti cheese
How To Make diabetic hawaiian meat wrap

Step 1Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, milk and sugar. Toss with the coleslaw mix and set aside. Lay out 2 slices of the black forest ham,so that they are only slightly overlapping. Next,layer 3 slices of salami down the center,also only slightly overlapping. Repeat with 2 slices of havarti cheese. Spread 1/2 cup of the coleslaw down the center. Roll up.
