Yum... We couldn't stop snacking on this salsa. Sweet from the dressing, yellow pepper, and corn, but a bit salty from the Feta, it's simply delicious. Great munchie! The Test Kitchen

  • 1 can(s)
    white shoepeg corn; drained and rinsed; 15 oz can
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans; drained and rinsed; 15 oz. can
  • 1
    yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
  • 6 oz
    crumbled Feta cheese

How to Make Corn and Bean Sweet Chunky Salsa


  1. Mix vinegar, oil and sugar until dissolved.
  2. Gently mix corn, beans, and bell pepper. Refrigerate for at least a half hour or until serving.
  3. Mix in Feta cheese right before serving. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
