Yum... We couldn't stop snacking on this salsa. Sweet from the dressing, yellow pepper, and corn, but a bit salty from the Feta, it's simply delicious. Great munchie! The Test Kitchen

apple cider vinegar

olive oil

crumbled Feta cheese

How to Make Corn and Bean Sweet Chunky Salsa

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix vinegar, oil and sugar until dissolved.
  • 2Gently mix corn, beans, and bell pepper. Refrigerate for at least a half hour or until serving.
  • 3Mix in Feta cheese right before serving. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
