My neighbor said to help myself to her garden. I made these stuffed peppers. Great way to use rest of your summer vegetables! Such a nice Lady to let Me go in her garden. She said anytime. I see pumpkins coming ;)

Ingredients

  • 8 - fresh jalapenos, cleaned cut in half
  • 1 - cream cheese 8oz softened
  • 3 tablespoons italian bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 3 tablespoons mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives
  • 1-2 slice white american cheese cut in slices
  • 1-2 slice yellow american cheese cut in slices
  • 1 - tomato cut in strips
  • - green onion or chive pieces
  • - grated parm and fresh pepper

How To Make 4 cheese fresh garden stuffed jalapeno's

  • Step 1
    Line a greased sheet pan with cut jalapenos. Mix next five ingredients in bowl add salt and pepper. Fill each pepper. Then top each pepper with sliced cheeses, tomato then chive. Sprinkle more parm and olive oil and fresh pepper. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10-15min. Enjoy. Great served on top of bread drizzled with garlic oil.
