oregano shrimp
Frozen cooked shrimp and pasta begging to get to know one another... but what to season with? Look at that BIG jar of dried oregano, I wonder... How about a pinch of red pepper, a drizzle of olive oil, and oh, here's a lime! That's about how it went. To be honest, I ate this hot the first time, and put the rest in the refrigerator. The next day, I just didn't feel like heating it back up, and OMG! It is so much better served cold - like revenge. With no one nasty on my radar, I ate it ALL myself.
