Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded and chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pesto
  • 1 small tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 tablespoon finely shredded romano cheese
  • 3 tablespoons finely shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 - low carb tortilla

How To Make pesto chicken pizza (low carb)

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, combine chopped chicken with pesto. Spread on the tortilla. Top with tomato and cheeses. Bake for 6-9 minutes, or until tortilla is lightly browned and cheese melts. Cut into wedges and serve. Enjoy!
