    cooked chicken breast (shredded and chopped)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    pesto
  • 1 small
    tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely shredded romano cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    finely shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1
    low carb tortilla

How to Make Pesto Chicken Pizza (Low Carb)

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Spray a pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine chopped chicken with pesto. Spread on the tortilla. Top with tomato and cheeses.
    Bake for 6-9 minutes, or until tortilla is lightly browned and cheese melts.
    Cut into wedges and serve. Enjoy!
