Pesto Chicken Pizza (Low Carb)

- cooked chicken breast (shredded and chopped)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp
- 1 small
- tomato, seeded and diced
- 1 Tbsp
- finely shredded romano cheese
- 3 Tbsp
- finely shredded mozzarella cheese
- low carb tortilla
How to Make Pesto Chicken Pizza (Low Carb)
- 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2In a small bowl, combine chopped chicken with pesto. Spread on the tortilla. Top with tomato and cheeses.
Bake for 6-9 minutes, or until tortilla is lightly browned and cheese melts.
Cut into wedges and serve. Enjoy!
