Ingredients For pesto chicken pizza (low carb)

  • 1/2 c
    cooked chicken breast (shredded and chopped)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1 sm
    tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely shredded romano cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    finely shredded mozzarella cheese

    low carb tortilla

How To Make pesto chicken pizza (low carb)

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.

    In a small bowl, combine chopped chicken with pesto. Spread on the tortilla. Top with tomato and cheeses. Bake for 6-9 minutes, or until tortilla is lightly browned and cheese melts. Cut into wedges and serve. Enjoy!
