Pesto Chicken Pizza (Low Carb)
1/2 ccooked chicken breast (shredded and chopped)
1 1/2 Tbsppesto
1 smalltomato, seeded and diced
1 Tbspfinely shredded romano cheese
3 Tbspfinely shredded mozzarella cheese
1low carb tortilla
How to Make Pesto Chicken Pizza (Low Carb)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine chopped chicken with pesto. Spread on the tortilla. Top with tomato and cheeses.
Bake for 6-9 minutes, or until tortilla is lightly browned and cheese melts.
Cut into wedges and serve. Enjoy!
