the best darn game day meatballs
A family recipe for the very best game day cocktail appetizer meatballs. Easy enough to double for larger, rowdy, hungry crowds... like mine on Packer game day! =)

Ingredients
- MEATBALLS
- 1 - lb. ground chuck
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 - cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 - small onion, minced
- 1 - tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 - tb. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 - tsp. salt
- 1/4 - tsp. pepper
- 1/2 - tsp. garlic powder
- SAUCE
- 2 - cups ketchup (a thick, slow pouring ketchup will produce a delicious sauce that will cling to meatballs. a thin ketchup will result in a thin sauce.)
- 1 - cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 - tb. worcestershire sauce
How To Make the best darn game day meatballs

Step 1Meatballs: Combine all ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Mix until just well blended. Shape into 1" balls. Place on parchment lined, rimmed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 2For Sauce: Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook until hot and blended. Add meatballs; heat through. Serve hot with cocktail picks.
