Found this simple and yummy recipe in my mailbox this morning. What a quick and easy way to serve lunch to an impromptu crowd with just a few basic ingredients! Going to bring this to the next Indy 500 party! Recipe & Photo: Kroger.com 03-10-15

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 - french bread baguette (1 lb.) partially split
  • 9 ounces deli fresh oven roasted turkey breast
  • 9 ounces deli fresh smoked ham
  • 6 slices sharp cheddar cheese, halved
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 - tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked crisp, halved
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions

How To Make tailgate turkey and ham club sub

  • Step 1
    Spread mayo over cut side of bread.
  • Step 2
    Fill with remaining ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Slice into 10 servings. Refrigerate any leftovers.
