Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup finely chopped, seeded roma tomatos
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions,
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1-2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 - very ripe avocados, seeded, peeled, mashed
  • - tortilla chips

How To Make chunky guacamole

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, green onions, red onions, lime juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Gently stir in mashed avocadoes. Cover surface with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
