Ingredients For chunky guacamole

  • 2/3 c
    finely chopped, seeded roma tomatos
  • 1/4 c
    sliced green onions,
  • 1/4 c
    chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1-2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 2
    very ripe avocados, seeded, peeled, mashed
  • tortilla chips

How To Make chunky guacamole

    In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, green onions, red onions, lime juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Gently stir in mashed avocadoes. Cover surface with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
