A great lite lunch or cut up for a lite healthy app. These flatout breads are the best. I used the italian. Low fat, high in protein, and low carb and full of flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 - flat out bread
  • 2 - slices deli ham
  • 2 - slices swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 large dill pickle sliced
  • - salt & fresh herbs
  • YOGURT DIP
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (used parsley & dill)

How To Make lite ham & swiss snacky's

  • Step 1
    Spread mustard on flat out bread. Top one side with ham, cheese, and pickle slices.
  • Step 2
    Fold over & spray with olive oil cooking spray, salt and add fresh herbs to top and bake in oven at 375 til browned. About ten minutes.
  • Step 3
    Let cool and slice for apps or slice in half for nice lite lunch. Serve with dipping sauce. Mine is greek yogurt and fresh herbs!
