A great lite lunch or cut up for a lite healthy app.
These flatout breads are the best. I used the italian. Low fat, high in protein, and low carb and full of flavor!

Ingredients

flat out bread

slices deli ham
2
slices swiss cheese
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 large
dill pickle sliced
salt & fresh herbs

YOGURT DIP

1/4 c
greek yogurt
1 Tbsp
fresh herbs (used parsley & dill)

How to Make Lite Ham & Swiss Snacky's

Step-by-Step

  • 1Spread mustard on flat out bread.
    Top one side with ham, cheese, and pickle slices.
  • 2Fold over & spray with olive oil cooking spray, salt and add fresh herbs to top and bake in oven at 375 til browned. About ten minutes.
  • 3Let cool and slice for apps or slice in half for nice lite lunch.
    Serve with dipping sauce.
    Mine is greek yogurt and fresh herbs!
