fireman bob's bacon, blue cheese, chive potatoes

I was hungry this afternoon.... So..... I opened the door to the fridge and and saw some left over mashed potatoes, some blue cheese, BACON :) and chives.. and I said... " Ohhh Yeah !!!! " and WOW WOW WOW WOW !!!! So simple yet soooooo delish !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ENJOY !!! From the Fireman !!!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch left over mashed potatoes - from the night before...
  • 1/2 pound blue cheese - crumbled
  • 6 slices thick sliced bacon - crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon course sea salt - or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper - or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons bacon drippings from the bacon
  • 2 tablespoons chives - chopped fine

How To Make fireman bob's bacon, blue cheese, chive potatoes

  • Step 1
    Taking those left over mashed potatoes from last night, combine the crumbled bacon, crumbled blue cheese, chives, salt and pepper
  • Step 2
    Mix good and place the mixture carefully into the pan with the bacon drippings and stir till all combined and cook till hot.
  • Step 3
    Serve with anything .... This one is Fantastic and Easy ! ENJOY !!!!!
