Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter or butter flavered crico
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar cinnamon mixture
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 c
    mini marshmallows

How to Make SNICKER DOODLE WITH MINI MARSHMALLOWS

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix together butter and sugar until smooth, then add eggs, cream of tartar, and baking soda. Stir in flour until well mixed.
  3. Add marshmallows and roll into balls about 1" inch diameter and roll into cinnamon sugar to coat.
  4. Place on a ungreased cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.
  5. Cookins are done when they are just barely turning brown.
