Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 qt
    milk
  • 2 3/4 lb
    bread
  • 1 1/2
    dozen eggs
  • 1/2 c
    sea salt
  • 2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2
    onions chopped
  • 2o lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp
    sage, dried

How to Make SALISBURY STEAK ( 100 PORTIONS )

Step-by-Step

  1. Add bread to beaten eggs and milk mixture. Soak.
  2. Addto ground beef, mix in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onions, and sage. mix well
  3. Make into loaves and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
  4. Remove from oven and slice. Pour hot mushroom sauce over loaf. Serve.
