  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • dash
    worstershershire
  • 2 Tbsp
    plum jam
  • 2
    dashes garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter

    tosted bread crumbs

How to Make PLUM CHEESE CHICKEN

Step-by-Step

    Pound chicken until thin and flat. Sprinkle with, salt, pepper, and one dash garlic powder.
  2. 2
    Mix softened cream cheese, plum jam, and, worstershire, and one dash of garlic powder. Spread evenly on each chicken breast.
  3. 3
    Roll jelly roll style. Dip each chicken breast in melted butter then roll in bread crumbs.
  4. 4
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Don't over bake or chicken will be tough.
