Cheesy Beef Ball
1 pkgcream cheese
1 pkgbeef slices (not dried)
1/4 ccheddar jack cheese (shredded)
1/4 cswiss cheese (shredded)
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
How to Make Cheesy Beef Ball
- Cut beef slices into small square pieces.
- Put cream cheese in a bowl (room temp) add spices, winchestershire sauce,cheese and most of the beef pieces. Stir well.
- Form into ball (I did two for this, one to freeze and one to eat today!) and roll the ball in remaining beef and some cheese.
