Need a use for those leftover candy canes? Do you like peppermint cocoa? Try this recipe. This also makes a nice gift when combined with nice cocoa mix or packets and a cute cup.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
This is a fabulous idea for the holiday season! The marshmallows are easy to make and have a festive feel. They melt into the cocoa adding a pop of peppermint flavor. Serve on Christmas morning, hand them out as gifts at a party, or add them to a hot cocoa bar. So fun!
