Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    all-purpose baking mix ( bisguick)
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 2 tsp
    creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 10
    chicken drumsticks

How to Make Oven - Fried Drumsticks

Step-by-Step

  1. prepare oven to 450, pour the vegetable oil evenly over the bottom of a large baking pan.
  2. combine the baking mix, paprika , creole seasoning, salt , garlic powder, italian seasoning, and black pepper in a large bowl, mix well. pour into a paper bag.
  3. add the chicken , a few at a time, to the bag and shake to coat the chicken. arrange on the prepared baking pan.
  4. bake the chicked, turning once, until juices run clear when pierced with the tip of a knif, about 30 minutes.
