Ingredients For multi grain bread

1/4 cchia seed flour

1/4 cquinoa
-
1/4 csorghum flour
-
1/4 cmillet flour
-
1/4 cbuckwheat flour
-
1 cg/f flour mix (whichever you prefer)

1 tspunflavored gelatin
-
1 1/2 tspxantham or guar gum
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 cwarm water
-
1 Tbspagave syrup
-
1 Tbspmolasses
-
2 1/4 tspactive dry yeast
-
3 lgeggs
-
3 Tbspolive oil
-
1 tspapple cider vinegar
How To Make multi grain bread

1Grease 8x4 loaf pan. Set aside. Combine first nine ingredients into a large mixer bowl.

2Proof yeast using 1/2 c warm water, agave and yeast. You know its ready when its all foamy. Reserve the other 1/2 cup water for later.

3In a smaller bowl whisk eggs, molasses, oil and vinegar.

4Add wet ingredients to the flour mixture except the water. On low speed mix 4 minutes. Add the water as needed. The batter should look like heavy cake batter.

5Spoon into prepared pan. Cover with either plastic wrap or damp towel. Let rise 15-30 minutes depending how cool your kitchen is. Preheat oven to 375 while waiting. Ready to be put in oven when it is level with top of pan.

6Bake 60 minutes. Cover with foil after 20 minutes to prevent over browning. When done let cool 40 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!!!!!!
