Thanks, Lillian! I thought the mint ones would be good in chocolate cupcake but you wouldn't see it as good. I just put the oreo as close to the top as possible & barely covered it with batter.

I LOVE IT!!!! GREAT IDEA! I'm going to try it with mint Oreos! It looks so perfect and I love the fact that it stayed soft when it cooled! Thank you so much Peggi! YOU ROCK! =D
