2 Of My Delish White Castle Burgers Wrapped In Paper Towels Ready To Be Microwaved. I Wrapped Them 2 At A Time And Microwaved Each Pair Of 2 For 35 Seconds.my Burgers Were Cooled At This Point, But If Yours Are Still Hot, I'd Do 15 Seconds A Pair.

Burgers After I Added Cheese Right Before I Wrapped Them In Paper Towels To Microwave Them. I Blotted The Grease Off The Burgers Before Adding Cheese To Them, But If You Like Really Greasy Burgers, This Isn't Necessary!

About To Cut The Burgers To The Perfect Size For The Pepperidge Farm Slider Buns. After Cutting The Meat To Fit The Buns, I Flipped 'em Over & Blotted The Tops Of Each Burger With A Paper Towel Because They Were Pretty Greasy. Then They Were Perfect!

White Castle Burgers Ready To Go Into The Oven! I Made 2 Trays Using Over 3 Lbs Of Ground Beef, So I Added 3 Pkgs. Of The Lipton Soup Mix, 2 Eggs & A Few Tbsp. Extra Water. Used A Combo Of 80/20 & Lean 93/7 Ground Beef. I Made Sure They Were Nice & Flat.
