Here's My Second Batch And Whats Left Of The First Batch...lol Two Loaves Found New Homes And The Daycare Kiddles And I Got Into The Last One. I Think I Might Have To Make Another Batch...after I Send Some With The Remaining Parents...i Won't Have Any Left For Easter...except Those 3 Rolls I Have Left...no Biggie...its Easy To Make!

I Made These Into Slider Sized Rolls For Pulled Pork And Bbq Chicken Sammies For A Party. A Double Batch Of This Dough Made 2 - 12x18 Pans Of Rolls.

I made these into slider sized rolls for pulled pork and bbq chicken sammies for a party. A double batch of this dough made 2 - 12"x18" pans of rolls.
Here Is The Last Rising Of The Dough. I Put Them In A Cold Oven, With Very Hot Water Inside A Deep Baking Pan; Then Put The Pan On The Bottom Of The Oven, Then Close The Door. Good Way To Rise Dough In A Warm Place.

Here is the last rising of the dough. I put them in a "cold" oven, with very hot water inside a deep baking pan; then put the pan on the bottom of the oven, then close the door. Good way to rise dough in a warm place.
