This dinner makes your mouth water and whets your palette. I could only eat a quarter of one of the steaks and half of one of the potatoes, but loved all the veggies.
Hot from the broiler, allow to rest on a platter unless you want them to continue to cook while resting in the skillet. For additional added flavor at a pat of butter to the warm steak.
These are the spices I used to season the Black Angus Steaks. Letting them sit awhile gave the spices a chance to penetrate the steaks to add more flavor.
