Notice The Thickness Of The Cake Icing On Top And Sides Of This Cake. The Icing Is Delicious, And The More The Thickness, The Better.

I Really Had A Very Thick Top And Side Layer Of Frosting On This Cake..the Frosting Is Delicious, And So, The More Thicker The Frosting The Better, In My Opinion..lol!

The filling goes in-between each cooled cake layer, rather thick, att least 1 inch. Then frost with the butter cream frosting. I made cupcakes - no revision to the recipe - I used Jumbo cupcake pan with cupcake liners. After cooling, I cut a cone shaped plug out of the middle. I piped filling into these holes, then piped the Buttercream frosting on top in an ice-cream swirl.
You'll love it if you haven't already made it. FYI - you can get by with 1 bottle red food coloring. It's still red.
This is my new favorite recipe. The frosting alone...I could just eat with a spoon!
