Baked in martini glasses. The olive garnish is the middle of the cake that was removed to have a place for the filling. It was a hit!! The dessert auctioned off for $160!!!

I really had a very thick top and side layer of frosting on this cake..the frosting is delicious, and so, the more thicker the frosting the better, in my opinion..lol!
Hi Pamela - I will try and post the recipes for margarita cupcakes as well as the sangria ones by the end of the week. I baked the glasses at 350 for 30 minutes on a cookie sheet. You would have to judge with your oven and how deep the martini glasses are that you are using. Be careful not to touch the glasses until they are completely cooled :-)
This is such a clever idea and display. How long and at what temp did you bake them for these? And do you have the recipe for the sangria and margarita cupcakes? I would love to try all of them.
Thank you Barbara!!!! Glassware is oven-safe. You bake it on a cookie sheet. I have a recipe for samgria cupcakes and margarita cupcakes they can be baked in glasses as well.
