Up close and personal Fudge Brownie Cake Ala Mode. The thin mint girl scout cookie ice cream added another dimension to an already great cake! Super Yummy!! 9/28/13
Take one piece of Fudge Brownie Cake. Put two scoops of Bryers thin mint girl scout cookie ice cream on top. Then drizzle it with chocolate syrup. And what do you get. A decadent Fudge Brownie Cake Ala Mode. 9/28/13
I promised a pic of the finished product and here it is. This is a yummy cake. Doesn't really need frosting as it tastes like a brownie; but the frosting added to it nicely. 9/27/13
About an hour after I took the cake out of the oven, I flipped the cake out onto a small dinner plate. It fell right out with no problems! This is a pic of the cake under my stove light...will frost later today or tomorrow. 9/26/13
These are the ingredients I used to make this cake. I used the same measuring cup to measure the water as I did for the oil so that is not pictured. Easy recipe to "throw" together. 9/26/13
The brownie cake is a joy to bake every time's it's a winner. I tweet it with a small single packet of coffee to enhance the chocolate flavor and if I want to really have fun. I add some chocolate chips. It is a potluck winner at any work event.
I will use the Betty Crocker Gluten Free cake mix (15 ounce) and Betty Crocker Brownie mix (16 ounce). Have not made this yet as I am waiting for the whole family to get together. I will post and let everyone know how it turns out.
