I Made The Pina Colada Pie Last Night With Shortbread Cookie Crust. Added A Small Amount Of Pineapple In The Center, Put Dabs Of Fat Free Cool Whip On Edges, Added Maraschino Cherries & Sprinkled With More Coconut. Will Use Less Coconut Next Time.
