Hawaiian Pie - Used Homemade Whipped Cream, And Slathered It On Top As Well, Toasted Coconut For The Top And Garnished With Fresh Halved Cherries. This Was Great!

I Made The Pina Colada Pie Last Night With Shortbread Cookie Crust. Added A Small Amount Of Pineapple In The Center, Put Dabs Of Fat Free Cool Whip On Edges, Added Maraschino Cherries & Sprinkled With More Coconut. Will Use Less Coconut Next Time.
