We smoked this one with mesquite, rubbed with horseradish mustard and coated with coarse black pepper. Smoked it about 6 hrs turning once, then wrapped in foil and continued to smoke it for about 3 more hrs. It was and 11 lb brisket.
I haven't cooked one in a while. I cook mine like this. Yours sounds awesome also though. Well, it won't come up. It's called Drunken Brisket. I'm sure I posted it.
