Photos of Smoked brisket

We Smoked This One With Mesquite, Rubbed With Horseradish Mustard And Coated With Coarse Black Pepper.  Smoked It About 6 Hrs Turning Once, Then Wrapped In Foil And Continued To Smoke It For About 3 More Hrs.  It Was And 11 Lb Brisket.

We have lots of cherry & apple cut up & bagged from fallen trees. We buy our hickory & mesquite at Walmart when we use it.

I love hickory too, never tried cherry or apple, don't even know if I could find it. I have to buy hickory at Academy!
