When ground meat and other ingredients are combined, mixture should be moist, as shown.
If it appears dry, may add additional egg.
The ground turkey will be done when light blonde, any juice should run clear /should not be pink. Note, may not appear as “browned” as with ground beef.
Shown in a 1/2 sized Bundt; love this pan because it bakes so evenly. Also fine to bake in a regular bread loaf pan!
Breadcrumbs with pesto, onion & egg: should create a moist crumb as shown; if too dry, add additional egg.
Delicious serving options: brown gravy & mashed potatoes, or, marinara over pasta.
