This little gem refrains from adding baked tomatoes, so it pairs equally well with Brown gravy & Mashed potatoes, or, Pasta with your favorite Marinara.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (garlic & herb)
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 egg
- 1.2 pounds lean (93%) ground turkey or beef
How To Make savory meatloaf

Step 1(In large bowl) Blend 1 Tbl minced onion & 1/4 Cup of pesto

Step 2Add 1 egg & breadcrumbs & mix evenly

Step 3Add raw ground meat (turkey or beef!) & blend well with fork or hands

Step 4Gently press meat mixture into well-greased pan. Bake at 375* for 30 minutes.

Step 5Turn out loaf onto serving dish, cover & rest 5-10 minutes.
