This Is A Pic Of How The Topping Should Be..as Per Carol's Original Instructions. The Topping Goes In The Bundt Pan First, Then 1/2 Of Cake Batter, Then Cranberry Filling, Then Other 1/2 Of The Cake Batter. Glaze Cake When It Is Out Of The Pan & Cool.

My Grandson Ate The Lemons I Had Saved To Make This Cake. I Had Oranges So I Changed The Lemon Cake Mix Into An Orange Cake With Adding Oj, Orange Zest And Orange Emulsion. I Also Made The Glaze With Oj & Orange Zest. It Turned Out Great.

My grandson ate the lemons I had saved to make this cake. I had oranges so I changed the lemon cake mix into an orange cake with adding oj, orange zest and orange emulsion. I also made the glaze with oj & orange zest. It turned out great.

I Really Like This Cake A Lot. I Did Mine In A Cheesecake Pan. I Love Lemon And Cranberries. I Thought I Had Cran-raisins , But Had Cherries Instead. Worked Out Great!!
