Thanks Rose! I sure would like some of that Soda Bread too...being GF I havent found a recipe that I like yet! That pic really makes my mouth water!

I would love to put this on my table, it sure does look good. I know my husband would really enjoy it, that platter would be enough for him Smile, He loves lots of meat, and when I cook the corned Beef Briskets for us, I usually make at least 2 or 3 Brisket Flats. I would add some Irish Soda Bread, from my recipe collection that is posted here. I definitely will want to try the parsnips, I have never made them, but I love being adventurous in the kitchen and trying new things.
