This was my first try at this recipe. Two are showing, because I forgot the cornstarch in one.Only difference was texture;one was more like pie & one of my sons preferred it.I prob whipped the cream too much, but the next day it was creamy just like JAP's

Just added the filling to the cooked crust and started the oven timer...cannot wait! My sister is coming to visit out of the blue from Ohio today - she will love these!

Just making this one today - this is the crust before baking using two slightly different sized pans, but it works.
My first try at this one. These are just out of the oven cooling - I forgot the cornstarch in one. But they both turned out great! Making this again today for my sister coming to visit!
